The NEP group was founded in 1995 and its Malaysia headquarters has expanded from merely 2,000 sq. ft. to its present scale of 200,000 sq. ft. (calculation based on the total area of the four offices in Malaysia). This includes a total area of more than 100,000 sq. ft of fully enclosed warehouses that are responsible for the logistics and supply of products. Besides, the Company has set up independent laboratories which regularly cooperate with different academic institutions and highly acclaimed organisations with the aim of achieving continuous improvements and excellence in products.
By 2002, NEP has successfully established branches in Hong Kong and Singapore. In 2006, the Taiwan branch was set up. In September 2006, the new 17,000 sq. ft. Hong Kong branch office at Langham Place was officially opened.

Over the years, NEP has effectively developed the Diamond brand by introducing a variety of revolutionary products which now include: the Diamond Health Water System, the Diamond Master Filter and the Diamond Spa Home Aqua-Therapy System. Diamond Health Water System was first introduced in 1997, followed closely by the Diamond Master Filter for outdoor filtration. The Diamond Spa Home Aqua-Therapy System was marketed in the first quarter of 2006. We are committed to meet different needs of consumers for health water.
In 2005, a customer-focus marketing strategy was developed and the first Diamond Rental Scheme for Diamond products was introduced in Malaysia. This visionary step has significantly improved our business performance.
