Musée Warranty

We offer a 1 to 1 exchange warranty policy to cover these issues in the event of such problems.

*The product’s warranty will only be applicable if the Client has signed the Warranty form from Musée.
Wrong items: If the items you received are of wrong quantity, size, color or design. Due to differences in lighting or production batches, light hue or saturation discrepancies may be present. Hence, minimal variations of color cannot be totally avoided.

Damaged items: If the items you received are found to have damages or defects, Compensation for partial damage item is subjected to the severity of damage.

In the event of any claim, please send us an enquiry email at Marketing@musee-asia.com We will reply you within 3-5 working days after checking with our team and Suppliers. We will consider the item to be in good condition if there is no report of claim after 14 days from the collection date. We may reject any request reported thereafter.

Lemon law in Singapore covers the sales of goods in Singapore and do not cover the sale of service. We are a service provider for overseas purchases and shipment. For issues that are not covered under our inspection coverage, we can try to negotiate with the sellers for any possible alternative solution upon request. Kindly note that we are unable to guarantee any the solution given by the sellers.

Refund policy

In the event that the Client is unsatisfied with the product, please send us an enquiry email at Marketing@musee-asia.com by sending our invoice number, product photo and product details that the Client is unsatisfied with. We will reply you within 3-5 working days after checking with our team and Suppliers.

We will consider item to be in good condition if there is no report of claim after 14 days from the collection date. We may reject any request reported thereafter.

In the event that if the Client can prove that our product is selling at a price that is more expensive than the original Supplier’s price, Musée will reimburse the full cost of the product. The price will have to include the GST in the event if the Supplier is a GST registered Company, e-net service charge and the delivery fee from the Supplier. The evidence must be supported with the prove that the selling price that has been shown is from the original Supplier’s only and not from other Suppliers that carries the product.

*Please be reminded that no cancellation or alteration is allowed after the orders have been processed.


Payment

After you have done the payment, our company will verify the payment within 1 working day. Once the payment has been verified our suppliers will contact you within the next working day to verify the delivery date and acknowledgement of the product invoice.

All price given at our Musée website has included the GST for some of our suppliers, you may check at the Supplier’s page if this Supplier is a GST Company.

All payment will have an additional charge of 3.9%+$0.50SGD for e-net service charge.
